Bright Immigration is a full-service recruitment and immigration consulting firm that provides highly qualified international workers to Canadian companies experiencing labour shortages.  We source candidates from many countries around the world to find the best talent for our clients.

We serve many industry sectors and geographical regions within Canada, and we’re expanding quickly.

In addition to the international recruitment we do for businesses, Bright also deftly manages the immigration process for individuals around the world who want to immigrate to Canada.  

How your business benefits the red meat industry?

The Red Meat industry has a dearth of workers, especially in rural Canada, and Canadian workers will not be able to fill the industry vacancies (about 1500).  Bright Immigration offers a solution for CMC members:  Skilled Temporary Foreign Workers. 

Bright will recruit foreign workers who have experience in the meat processing industry and want to continue their career in a rural community in Canada. 

We are excited to help the industry reach full employment, and to help Canada compete globally through its growing exports.

What innovative new products/services are you working on?

Bright can show CMC members how to best capitalize on the new federal pilot immigration program to grow their businesses.  We can manage pieces of an internal immigration program for CMC members or they can outsource their whole recruitment and immigration program to Bright. In either case we will simplify the process and ensure a high degree of success.

In the highly regulated environment of Canadian immigration, Bright does not create new programs, but must fully understand the broad spectrum of provincial and federal programs, so that we can guide CMC members to the best program for their situation.  The laws and programs change often.  Bright can help CMC members navigate the complexities and opportunities offered by programs such as the new Pilot Immigration program.  Our extensive knowledge of the available programs allows us to suggest creative alternatives that expand the options beyond the standard LMIA program.  We open up the world.

We are small but mighty. Our 9 dedicated employees come from all over the world, and speak many languages, which is a great advantage throughout the recruitment and immigration process.  We have several licenced Immigration Consultants who work with honesty and integrity on every file and engage in professional development to keep abreast of industry changes.  They provide strong advice and recommendations based on their years of experience in every type of immigration situation,
