WTI produces clean label, all natural, organic, low sodium and traditional antimicrobials for a variety of food product applications. We work with our customers and their products in our Application and R&D Labs. We also have our own ISO 17025:2005 Accredited Food Safety Lab.
Describe how your business benefits the red meat industry.
WTI is making food safer, naturally. Our line of custom blends and water-soluble ingredients enhance yield, extend shelf life, increase food safety, reduce purge, enhance flavor and protect color. This is important as production costs are narrowing profit margins among meat processors.
What innovative new products/services are you working on?
We are innovators in food safety and clean label solutions. Our food scientists work closely with our customers in our Application and R&D labs to develop new solutions for their challenges. The American Certified Research Laboratories (ACRL), WTI’s food safety research lab, continuously explores novel and improved food safety interventions to provide solutions to enhance safety and quality of various food products.
