25th Annual Fishing Derby

August 16, 2019. 6:00 am – August 17, 2019. 2:00 pm

Associates Members’ Special Events Committee Announcing in Support of the CMC Associate Scholarship Fund

Reserve early (Aug 1^st deadline) – Space is limited to the first 50 registrants

Derby Fee – $240 per person 
includes charter, fishing gear, breakfast, lunch & prizes.

Schedule

• 6:20 a.m. — Meet at Fogh Boat Supplies for on shore breakfast to start off the day in style! (1 Port Street, Port Credit. South of Lakeshore Blvd. off Hurontario Street -Hwy. 10 on the south side)
• 7:00 a.m. — Boats set sail – (don’t be late!)

       Fishing gear is provided.* Make sure to bring sunscreen & head covering.

• 12:00 p.m. — Return to shore, followed by a sumptuous three course lunch at the Brogue Inn.

       Gifts for everyone, great Prizes, Trophies.

In order to make the day a big success, we would heartily welcome your sponsorship through the Special Events Sponsorship Program. Sponsors will be prominently displayed at the derby. By supporting the Canadian Meat Council’s events, you will contribute to the CMC’s Associate Scholarship Fund (now the Steve Morin Scholarship) and help support students studying in meat science and applied meat industry operations. Our goal this year is to contribute $12,000 for our Scholarship Fund.
